Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
We understand plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms before booking so you know what to expect if your travel plans shift.
Cancellation Windows
- Cancel 2 hours or more before your appointment — No charge. You will receive a full refund or a credit for future use.
- Cancelled less than 1 hour before pickup — No refund. The full fare is charged because the vehicle and driver have been reserved for your trip.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled ride and do not contact us to cancel, the trip will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be issued.
Wait-Time Policy
We provide a complimentary 15-minute grace period at the pickup location. After the 15-minute grace period, additional wait-time charges will apply to cover driver standby time.
Rescheduling
You may request a reschedule instead of a cancellation at any time before pickup. We will do our best to accommodate the new time subject to availability.
